I kindly invite you for my upcoming ceramic workshop ‘Blooming Spring’ which will take place in my studio on Saturday the 26th of March 2022 from 14h until 17h.
Suddenly Spring is here and almost overnight everything seems to turn from dark to verdant: green shoots flare into full leaf, blossoms are blooming and everywhere you look new life is popping up.
It’s time to pick the first little posies and make small bouquets with spring flowers. To bring the freshness, color and new life into our homes and to enjoy their cheerfulness!
In this workshop I will learn you how to make your own porcelain plates to subtly divide the flowers in a vase. I will show you different ways how to decorate these ‘flower dividers’.
We’re also going to make some porcelain tags with imprints of these first spring flowers. These lovely labels can be used to decorate your gifts or as a little card to gift to a friend.
When Spring has arrived, we all feel the urge to go outside and spend some time in the garden, to sow or plant fresh herbs. Wouldn’t it be nice to mark your herbs with your own made plant labels?
You have the choice to color your plant labels with pigments or to make them plain in pure white.
During the workshop there will be a break with homemade elderflower lemonade, fresh tea from the garden or coffee. And of course homemade treats and cake!
The price of this spring workshop is 65€, including all materials, firing of your work and the refreshments. When your work is fired, you can pick it up in my studio or I can send it to you (these shipping costs are not included in the price).
The workshop will take place in my studio in a small group and will be hosted in Dutch. But if necessary, I’ll gladly speak English.
If you like to join this spring workshop, please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you’re registered, I’ll send you the invoice and further information.
In case of cancellation due to Covid-19, you’ll get a complete refund.
I’m looking forward to welcome you in my studio and spend a creative spring afternoon together!
