Winter workshop

I would like to announce a new workshop I hope to give in November. Of course it will depend on the current regulations of that moment if it will actually happen. The numbers of Covid-19 contaminations are alarmingly high at the moment in Belgium and other European countries.

These Corona-days are tough for everybody and I believe creativity and nature are both comforting ways to deal with it. Working with our hands and creating a piece of beauty can bring us some solace and gladden our hearts so we have strength again for the days ahead.

In my cozy and natural studio, surrounded by our garden and the beauty of nature, you will be able to touch the softness of porcelain, to be surprised by the details of nature, to be warmed by a cup of a warm winter drink and homemade treats and let your creativity run wild and free.

But most of all I hope you will feel at home and enjoy a creative and peaceful afternoon and create a piece of beauty!

This workshop will be a festive one (“Feestelijk porselein”) in which we will explore the possibilities of porcelain to create festive decorations.

I will teach you some basic techniques and then you will be able to make your own tea light holder, gift tags (for your Christmas presents!) and a personal table decoration to put dried flowers in. Everything to lighten up the darker days at the end of the year!

Of course the workshop will be corona-proof and therefore I only have 4 places available and I kindly ask you to wear a mouth mask. If the workshop need to be cancelled due to Covid-19, you’ll get a complete refund.

The price of this workshop is 55€,  including all materials, firing of your work and homemade treats and drinks.

So if you would like to join me for this cozy and creative afternoon on Saturday 21 November, from 13h30 until 17h, just send an email to register at

I’m looking forward to meet you!
