‘Autumn Treasures’

Leaves are whirling in the air, falling down and covering the paths in the woods with a soft carpet. The trees are adorned in burnished ochres and ferns are turning into warm toffee brownish hues. When one looks carefully, mushrooms are growing everywhere in the most wonderful and diverse shapes and colors. The woods are quite enchanting this time of year and are inviting us to enjoy their volatile beauty before nature will hibernate.

Autumn treasures are to be found everywhere these days!

During this workshop, for beginners as well as advanced, we will create autumn displays in cardboard boxes andbring nature-inspired elements in porcelain together with found natural materials and tiny glass bottles.

I’ll teach you step by step how to model ferns, mushrooms and other autumn species. You will also learn different techniques about adding textures to your pieces.

When your work is fired you can take them home with you, along with the cardboard boxes and fill them with your creations as you please.

Practical information:

The price of this one day workshop is 125€.

Including: homemade sweet treats, warm and comforting drinks, porcelain, 2 tiny glass bottles with labels, 2 cardboard boxes and the firing of your work.

When your work is fired (within 6-8 weeks), you can pick it up in my studio or I can send it to you (these shipping costs are not included in the price).

The workshop will take place in my studio in a small group of 5 (and will only take place with a minimum of 4 participants) and will be hosted in Dutch. But if necessary, I’ll gladly speak English.

If you're coming from far away, it's possible to stay at our cozy B&B. You can book it here or directly by me. You'll get a discount of 10% on the B&B when booking it in combination with a workshop.

Cancellation: in case of cancellation more than 30 days before the workshop, you'll get a refund of 75%. Less than 30 days there's no possibility to get a refund.
